ITAD BASE KEYPAD FUNCTIONS

• The PLAY key is also used to play

only the new messages by pressing

and holding the key for more than 1

second.

ERASE KEY

• The ERASE key is used to delete old

messages (previously reviewed)

from the ITAD.

• Pressing ERASE during message

playback deletes that message.

• If the ERASE key is pressed and

held for more than 1 second, all old

(previously reviewed) messages in

the current mailbox selection will be

deleted (this feature works only when

the answering machine is idle; it does

not work during message playback).

• To prevent accidental deletion of new

messages, you can only delete

previously reviewed message.

REPEAT KEY

• The key is used to return to the

beginning of a message during

message playback.

• The previous message will also

begin if is pressed twice quickly

during message playback.

STOP KEY

• Use to pause message

playback.Press to resume playing

from the beginning of the message.

• Note: During message playback,

press once to pause,press

twice to stop. If no key is

pressed for 60 seconds the ITAD will

automatically default to normal

operation.

• Press to stop memo or

announcement recording, or exit the

program mode.
